Ham and Cheese Panini

Use alouette French style crème de brie and let your taste buds discover the best cheese for a hot ham and cheese panini sandwich. Use the recipe below or add your own twist for an easy, quick lunch. If you don’t have a panini press, you can use a grill, skillet, oven, or even an air fryer. Add in any other toppings like sliced tomato, bacon or pair with a sauce or soup for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Alouette Crème de Brie
  • 6 slices Whole grain bread (can substitute with flatbread, sourdough or your bread of choice)
  • 12 slices Deli ham
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Instructions

  • Pre-heat panini press to 400˚F
  • Cover one side of each slice with mustard
  • Spread Alouette Crème de Brie on each prepared slice
  • Add ham to 3 slices bread and top with remaining slices of bread
  • Place in heated panini press and cook until toasted and well heated
  • Remove from panini press and cut in half to serve
